Our Governance

The Antarctic Science Foundation Ltd is an independent company registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) in 2018. It is governed by a pro-bono Board of Directors.

The Director of the Australian Antarctic Division (or their delegate) is an observer to the board, reflecting the close partnership between the two organisations.
